Abstract:

The author presents the conceptualization of two new sections of the innovative socio-psychological theory of development and social functioning of the individual - socio-psychological victimology: the victimology of childhood and the family’s victimology in the course of a methodological analysis of its own social therapeutic practice. The characteristics of the relevance and practical significance of these sections in solving the problems of cultural sociogenesis of a person’s competence are given. The prospects of scientific research on the problems of family and childhood from the standpoint of the deficit-competence concept of the clinical and sociological methodology of the socio-psychological victimology of personality are shown.
