Abstract:
The article deals with psychological and economic indicators in relation to education; the differences between "education" and "educational service" are analyzed; presented the "Japanese economic miracle" as an alternative way of development of Ukraine. The foreign civilization experience of transforming a backward non-western country into a successful and highly developed part of the West, for example, Japan, is presented. The state economy should be the main customer and consumer of skilled labor; Education is the main factor, the driving force of the process of economic development of the state; Education is not a market service, but the strategic development of the individual and the state in tandem. Poverty can pose a serious threat to the mental, physical and moral health of a person. It often deprives him of the possibility of full self-expression, forces him to devote himself entirely to getting used to it, does not allow him to reveal even the most extraordinary makings, not to mention giftedness, and personality abilities. Poverty is dangerous not only for the poor themselves. It is also a national problem, has a negative impact on the economy of society, since the poor person does not contribute taxes to the budget, on the contrary, he himself seeks constant financial assistance from outside. Can secondary education be spontaneous development or should it be a focused formation process. Any formation predetermines control over how the process goes. Control should be at the state level. Therefore, for the country´s economic stability, education should be supervised by the state, not the market. Japan really actively used Western technology experience in different areas of life, but used it selectively, taking into account its civilization conditions and traditions, which Ukraine could also try to repeat a unique experience.
