INNOVATION POLICY, TERMINOLOGICAL APPARATUS AND TOOLS FOR IMPLEMENTING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITIES: UKRAINIAN-UZBEK EXPERIENCE

Abstract:
The article presents documents that ensure the implementation of the innovative development of Ukraine and Uzbekistan are listed. It is noted that the psychological readiness of the individual for innovative activities is one of the main resources for the development of competencies of the competitiveness of the individual. It is said that the problem of the formation of psychological readiness for innovative activity was continued in the dissertation works of researchers from different countries (Ukraine and Uzbekistan) in various areas of psychological science and in the areas of professional activity:V. Chudakova (Kiev, Ukraine) for the first time investigated the psychological readiness of the personnel of educational organizations for innovative activities.I. Kurbanov researched health workers in the field of social psychology and этннопсихологий (Bukhara, Uzbekistan); A. Skalozub studied law enforcement officials in the field of legal psychology, psychological and legal aspects (Ukraine); V. Velichko investigated the psychological and legal support of employees of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Ukraine (Ukraine). The logic of the implementation of these studies is considered. It is noted that in the aforementioned studies by I. Kurbanov A. Skalozub and V. Velichko the technique “Express diagnostics of innovativeness” (author V. Chudakova) was used, the article made its description. The results of the Ukrainian-Uzbek experience and the prospects for the implementation of this problem are highlighted.
