PUBLIC CONTROL AND INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OF EVALUATION OF QUALITY
OF WORK OF ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING SOCIAL SERVICES
This article is devoted to the forms and subjects of public control, as well as to the specifics of its conduct in the sphere of social services for the population. In addition, the author presents a characteristic of an independent evaluation of the quality of work of organizations that provide social services, including its subjects, the criteria and possible outcomes. The article contains an analysis of the procedure for the independent evaluation based on the example of the Nizhny Novgorod region, as well as some other regions (the Leningrad Region and the Belgorod Region).
